The last time we went to Disneyland I happened upon something wonderful. In the huge candy shop on Main Street you will find they make caramel apples. Well, I saw a white one and was curious, so I bought it. This is SO not like me to pass up a gooey caramel apple with nuts all over it. I am a total nut fanatic. I adore to no end crushed up nuts all over things, especially if there is chocolate involved. And caramel. But for some reason, I was lead to the pretty white one. This apple is called the apple pie. It is dipped in caramel and then the white stuff, which I have no idea what it is, and then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. I love it. So I announced to Tom I would be getting one before we even got to the park, just so he would know in advance and so he wouldn't be shell shocked when he saw me pay six dollars for an apple.
YOGURT HEAVEN
This is quite possible the best frozen treat I've ever tasted. End of story.
Okay, I will tell you a little bit about it. We were on Hollywood Ave. getting ready to see Wicked and got these little treats. You have three flavor choices in the yogurt department and then a myriad of toppings to choose from. Brinley chose fruity pebbles to put on hers. Thomas wanted oreos on his. The rest of the family got fruit. YUMMY. SO GOOD. SO MUCH BETTER THAN ICE CREAM. We need one of these places in Utah.
Whenever we go somewhere we are always on a quest for some tasty food we can't get here. It's weird how everytime we go to some place near the coast we always think, oh let's get some seafood, it should be the bomb here. Well, it usually is. A stink bomb that is. We had fish tacos right on the friggin pier and they were terrible. I can drive to Lone Star Taqueria in Sandy about 25 minutes from here and get the most delicious fish tacos out there. I can drive a whopping 10 minutes from here and go to Market Street Grill in South Jordan and get the most exquisite halibut I've ever had. It beats ANY seaside place we've ever been to by far. I do admit, I am a total food snob, but hey, that's the way it is. I like good food.

Food snob alert! Hey, you've raised me well. I'm the exact same way. And by the way, I'm pretty sure the "white stuff" on those apples is white chocolate, Ma. Mmm... I miss that frozen yogurt place.
The orange wall with leaves in the yogurt shop is really pretty.
See that green chair on the left in the yogurt shop picture? I sat in that EXACT chair today while I feasted on the most divine frozen yogurt treat EVER!!! Fresh mango, strawberries, pomegranite....OMH!!!
Hey, what's the name of the yogurt place you went to? It sounds and looks almost identical to a place here in Utah called 'Spoon Me.'
