Butterscotch Pull-Aparts
We have this really low-cal breakfast every Easter morning, and have since my good friend, Becky gave me this recipe the year Morgan was born. Here is the recipe:
24 frozen Rhodes dinner rolls put in a greased bundt pan
sprinkle one box cook-n-serve butterscotch pudding over the rolls
1 cup chopped pecans poured over that
in saucepan combine 1 stick butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 tsp. cinnamon: heat and stir until melted and bubbly.
pour that over the frozen dough, cover with foil
I do this right before I go to bed at night.
Next morning cook at 325 for 15 minutes with foil. Remove the foil and cook for 15 more minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, invert onto plater.
(if you think this seems too ooey gooey, I have cut the butter in half and the sugar by 1/4 from what I can remember) So this really is a lo-cal treat! ;)

I will go out on a limb here and boldly proclaim that there is no tastier breakfast treat than the delightful Butterscotch Pull-Aparts. Delicious.
I think you should make some of those (Butterscotch Pecan rolls) the next time I visit. You are so amazing, Julie! You are such an incredible cook.
My friend in Vegas make those. Oh it's been too long. I'm going to make some as soon as get to Utah. Thanks for the recipe, I'm not sure what happened to mine.
