Splash Mountain and more...

Does it look like my children are trying to ham up the photo a bit? Thomas loved Splash Mountain. And none of them got wet. *sigh of relief* It was kind of cool that day.

If you notice a sort of haze on the picture, that's because when I went to the ladies room I dropped my brand new awesome camera flat on its face and totally cracked the lense cover. It didn't like the tile floor very well. We couldn't get it off because it landed so hard and dented the side in a bit. Tom got it off once we got home. I hope it didn't ruin anything on the inside.

Did I say I love Space Mountain? Here are some more pirated pictures from the best ride of 'em all. Look carefully at the photo above to see Thomas.
This was nothing short of a miracle to get Thomas and Brinley onto Space Mountain. They were crying and whining about not wanting to go on it. We MADE them go on. Brinley of course loved it, I knew she would. Thomas wasn't too happy after, but he can now say he did it. They also didn't want to go on The Matterhorm either. ( I made them go on that too.) Brinley didn't want to go on Splash Mountain. It makes no sense to me. When I was 5 years old, my mom took us kids to Six Flags over Texas and I wanted to go on all the rides, so she would stick her foot under me so I would appear taller at the little measuring stations for each ride. I love fast, scary rides. I say, bring it on!! I don't spin though. When Thomas went onto the carosel, I had to tell the ride attendant to let me off before it started because I can't spin AT. ALL.

Ha HA! You forgot the best Space Mountain photo, though. I'll have to give you the ones from my camera so you can blog about them.

That looks like fun! Yes, that was about the only exciting thing we ever did growing up, about a half dozen trips to "Six Flags Over Texas" per child per our lifetime. That one trip would BE our summer vacation, one road trip from Oklahoma down to Dallas. It was so awesome though.

What a drag about your new camera. I hope it's all better now.
