Thomas is our only Utah baby.

Thomas and Brinley meet Thomas S. Monson,

Thomas likes to have his hair combed like this. Even though we did it for wacky hair day, he would be completely happy wearing it this way, but Dad doesn't approve all that much!

May '07 in the cockpit of some kind of a flying machine.

This was taken on October of '06 in Little Cottonwood Canyon.

He loved his new hair cut in the summer. He insisted that it stood up when I combed it.

When Thomas was almost 4, Madison brushed out his curly hair and took some pictures of him. I about died when I saw this one. Napoleon Dynamite for sure!

Thomas is pictured at his school feast they had to celebrate Thanksgiving. He is 6 1/2 and in first grade. He loves most all sports, riding his bike, skateboard, scooder (that's how he spells it), playing football and basketball with Sano (that's what he calls Nathaniel), wrestling with Sano, and sharing a room with Sano. His brother is his best friend. He is the happiest kid I have ever seen. He wakes up with a smile on his face. He loves pretending he is a rock star, in fact, that is what he wants to be when he grows up. He also loves to dance (in front of people of course)

Actually, mother, I was the one who combed out his hair and took the Napoleon Dynamite picture. He's such a cutie!
Thanks Madison for pointing that out, I fixed it.
That picture of Thomas (in the Napoleon Dynamite pose) cracks me up every time I see it. I love all these pictures of Thomas.
One more thing...I kept the note that Thomas wrote for me when I was out there visiting in October. It's on my desk because I like looking at his cute little hand writing:
Dear Ant Kelley,
I an happy you are here.
Thank you, sweet Thomas!
Love,
Aunt Kelly
I love to look at these pictures of your kids, and wanted to further comment on Thomas' pictures. Remember when you were contemplating on having a fifth child or not? What a silly question to ask a sister who has never been able to give birth. "OF COURSE I think you should have another one! Duh!" was my response, followed by this guilt-laden enticement, "Julie, what if Mom had decided to stop having children after four kids? You wouldn't exist!"
So Thomas, you can thank me any time for your birth. Not that our little talk had anything to do with it. Regardless, we all ADORE you to pieces and nobody can imagine life without you. You are such a sweetheart to ALL who know you.
Julie, you should sometime blog about the incident when Thomas biked over to the church to find you. SCARY. But a fabulous story to record and share. And don't worry, we won't be turning you in to CPS.
wow...he's growing really fast. Last time I saw him he was just a little kid. But now that he's riding his skateboard, and he's in the first grade, I can't believe it! Wow... It's cool that he met Thomas S. Monson.
Well...Love you! -Lindsey-
