The following post must be read from the bottom up if this is your first time to read this one. I am adding more every day, hence the need for reading it this way.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art

It took us forever to finally get inside the Met, after all, there was shopping to do! I don't think this vendor knew what he was in for when 7 Mormon women from Utah came to check out his ties. KACHING KACHING!

The "real" sisters. Us three others were joking the whole time about us being the outsiders to the sisters.

We are almost inside, I don't think we bought anything else after this point.

This is in the entrance of the Met. After I took this, Maryanne took a better one, you'll have to check hers out on her blog!

I've always admired this painting.

I loved this little collection and thought Morgan would love to see them. The next pictures are all Vincent VanGogh's. I love his art. I have asked myself why so many times because a lot of it is really loud and dramatic. So maybe that is why I like it. It has emotion. You look at his work up close and you see the movement. You see the drama within it's texture. It really blows me away.

Here are some up close and personal views so you can see what I am talking about.

This one is just stunning.

I love the food in New York City. Although I didn't take enough food pictures, I have a few here that will make the mouth water.

This is frozen yogurt from Pink Berry. You may recall I raved about this place on my last vacation to California. I was on the hunt to find this place to share in my delight this delicious frozen concoction with the girls. They of course, love it as much as me.

The tarts from the bakery that kicked Judy and I out of, made the best fruit tarts EVER!

The Belgian style fries were consumed with my choice of toppings, peanut sauce. YUM!

My favorite item from this bakery (besides the berry tart), was the cheese almond danish. YUUUUUM!!!!

This is what happens to your camera when you get kicked out of a bakery after you brought in food from another place! My camera got attacked after I specifically said, "don't be taking any goofy pictures with my camera ladies!" *sigh* The nerve of some people!

I went to NYC with 6 of my sisters-in-law last month for the 4oth birthday of the baby, Nancy. As you can tell from the picture above, we were indeed, INVINCIBLE.
We were sad to be missing 3 of the sisters, but hopefully pictures like this will make them want to come to the next girls outing that I think we should have all the time :)

Yikes! You guys look pretty intimidating, though Aunt Jan is making one of the worst set of fists I've ever seen. >_< Haha. I'm so jealous of that trip! Next time you should let me stow away in your bag.
I just want everyone to know the next time we get that kind of invitation (the don't be taking any goofy picture one) just don't come back so quickly.
Ya, we had only JUST BEGUN with the taking of our "goofy pics!"
Great opening picture of Central Park! I have only seen it in Nov. and Jan...pretty barren and brown. We had our first look at the Met in January for exactly 2 hours...and I can hardly wait to go back!
I love the sister-in-laws picture! It is so fun having an all girls weekend. New York looked like a total blast.
The Van Gogh paintings, the Belgian fries, the sites...what a trip!
